Population drop may cost NY Congressional seats

The latest population estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau show there are 126,355 fewer people in New York than one year earlier. Gov. Andrew Cuomo, shown here in this file photo, suggested part of the reason for the drop had to due with the state's association with the early stages of the global COVID-19 pandemic.Â
