n CHARGED: Joseph Berkley Pierce, 57, 517 Ferry Ave., lower, was charged with public lewdness. Pierce was observed by the bike patrol urinating against the parking ramp wall at 356 Rainbow Blvd. in plain view of tourists.

n CHARGED: Terry D. Johnson Sr., 37, 1736 Lafayette Ave., Apt. 24 was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. The victim reported she had an argument with Johnson on Saturday morning. Johnson grabbed the victim by the hair and dragged her down the stairs, according to reports. The victim suffered cuts bruises to her right elbow and right knee. Johnson was found at the bus station on Portage.

n CHARGED: Amber Rowlett, 25, 436 7th St., was charged with grand larceny, driving while intoxicated and as an unlicensed driver. The unidentified victim said he was giving a ride to an unknown female who drove away in his car while he stopped at

A-Plus Market for beer. The vehicle was located on 19th Street. Rowlett was in the possession of an open bottle of beer and smelled strongly of alcohol, said reports. Rowlett was identified by the victim. She did not have a license and was not wearing a seat belt.

n CHARGED: Charles H. Williams II, 4147 Willow St., Wilson, was charged with assault, leaving the scene of an accident, speeding, unlawful use of marijuana, reckless driving and consumption of alcoholic beverage. The incident started at the Tops parking lot.
