A report on the results of last year’s holiday market arrived under the deadline for delivery to the city council on Monday.

Council Chairman Sam Fruscione confirmed receipt of the document in the council’s office just after 3 p.m. The document, which   includes information about the performance of the 36-day market and the use of city and state funds that supported the project,   was due to the council by the end of the month.
