Falls firefighters and volunteers from Niagara Active Volunteer Fire Co. were battling a junkyard fire at Page’s Automotive on Lockport Road late Thursday night.
The blaze involved at least 30 junked cars, according to Falls fire officials at the scene, and firefighters said they expected to be on scene for some time.
