Buffalo Bills Hall of Famer Jim Kelly gave a big thumbs up after helping Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino General Manager Joanne Israel and Niagara Falls Mayor Robert Restaino flip the switch to light the Christmas tree in Seneca Square on Wednesday night.
