Green cleaner opening today
Eco Friendly Custom Cleaners will hold its grand opening ceremony at 3:30 p.m. today at the Hyde Park Laundromat, 2109 Hyde Park Blvd.
State Sen. Antoine Thompson, Mayor Paul Dyster, members of the City Council and Wheatfield Supervisor Tim Demler are expected to be on hand for the ribbon cutting.
The business is the Falls’ first and only 100 percent non-toxic cleaner.
ENVIRONMENT
Army Corps to hold sessions
Members of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District will be on hand for two public informational sessions regarding the recently released Rememdial Investigation Report for the Niagara Falls Storage Site in the Town of Lewiston.
The first session, providing an overview of the report, will be held at 6:30 on May 7 at the Lewiston Senior Center, 436 Lower River Road, Youngstown. A formal presentation will begin at 7:15 p.m.
The second meeting will be held at the same location on Aug. 6.

VILLAGE OF YOUNGSTOWN
Meeting resetfor Thursday
A Thursday regular meeting of the Youngstown Village Board of Trustees was rescheduled. The meeting will take place this coming Thursday at 7 p.m. at Village Hall on Lockport Street in the village.
