NU hosting season ticket holders' cookout Sept. 27

Niagara Gazette — The Niagara University Athletics Department will host the season ticket holders’ cookout on at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 27 as part of a day showcasing two of the school’s top sports programs for those ticket holders.

The activities begin with the hockey team’s annual “Purple & White” scrimmage beginning at 3 p.m., followed by the men’s basketball team holding a practice open to the public at 5:30 p.m. 

The cookout for season ticket holders begins at 6 p.m. in the upper level of the Gallagher Center, with the food provided by Ted’s Hot Dogs. Hockey head coach Dave Burkholder and men’s hoops coach Chris Casey will speak at the cookout.
