Niagara Gazette — NU men’s soccer shut out by Robert Morris

The Niagara University men’s soccer team was shut out on the road Friday, losing by a 4-0 score against Robert Morris Colonials in Moon Township, Pa.

The Colonials put 21 shots on the Niagara goal while the Purple Eagles could only muster five.

Neco Brett opened the scoring for the hosts in the 16th minute. The Colonials scored their other three goals in the second half.

Niagara (1-5) will conclude its five-game road trip on Sunday, when the Purple Eagles face the St. Francis Red Flash in Loretto, Pa. beginning at 3 p.m.
