Bisons rained out Friday

Niagara Gazette — Coming off a 6-3 win on Opening Day, the Bisons' second game of the International League season was put on hold Friday due to steady afternoon rain at Coca-Cola Field in downtown Buffalo.

The game has been rescheduled as part of a single-admission doubleheader against Rochester on Saturday, June 21, with the first game beginning at 5:35 p.m.

Weather permitting, the Bisons and Red Wings will begin a two-game series at Frontier Field in Rochester this afternoon, beginning at 2:05 p.m.

It's also the first scheduled game of a five-game road trip for the Herd, who will travel to Lehigh Valley for a three-game series beginning Monday.

Fans who have tickets to Friday's game may exchange them for a ticket to an upcoming home game, with the exception of special event nights.
