BLOTTER: Police reports published Sept. 7

Niagara Falls

• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested on multiple charges after a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Rhode Island Avenue at 3:15 a.m. Thursday. Johnny L. Gaddis, 22, 2942 22nd St. side, was charged with unreasonable speed, reckless driving, disobeying a stop sign and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary at a concession stand in the 7400 block of Buffalo Avenue. A maintenance worker told officers that sometime between 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and 12:04 p.m. Thursday, someone broke into the stand by damaging a lock on a door. The victim said a substantial amount of merchandise was taken.

• BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 1300 block of Ashland Avenue. A 41-year-old man told police that sometime between 1 and 11 p.m. Thursday, someone broke into his home by breaking a side window. The victim said a flat-screen TV was taken.
