City of Tonawanda

• WARRANT: Dallas W. Mort, 38, Grand Avenue, Niagara Falls, was arrested Thursday on a 1999 bench warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

• ROBBERY: Three 16-year-old juveniles and one 17-year-old were arrested at 11:19 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Payne Avenue and Spalding Street with a rash of charges related to the theft of a cell phone from another minor, police said. All four of the teenagers face second-degree robbery and endangering the welfare of a child charges. Two of them were additionally charged with assault and harassment. The juveniles are being held on $5,000 bail each.
