• INVESTIGATION: Sheriff's deputies were informed last week that employees of a group home on Mount View Drive were being tested for drug use after a complaint. A manager at the home said an anonymous caller contacted their administration building corporate compliance line and stated there was drug use by the employees at the location. Due to the accusation all employees at that location were drug tested and it was reported to police because it is their company policy. She refused to take a breath test.

• PETIT LARCENY: Christina L. Price, 30, 2577 Daniels Road, was charged with petit larceny Friday. Sheriff’s deputies responded to the report of a Windows smart phone valued at $500 being taken from the top of a locker at Wilson High School. The family locator was used to find the phone in Niagara Falls where Price is employed. Price who is a substitute custodian at Wilson High School, admitted to taking the cell, according to the report.
