• ROBBERY: Shaquille Walker, 19, 2223 11th St., Niagara Falls, was charged with third-degree robbery, third-degree assault, criminal obstruction, menacing and petit larceny on Monday. At 10:50 p.m., police responded to North Adam Street for a report of a fight. According to the report, a juvenile victim came between Walker and a female who were arguing. • BURGLARY: Hand tools worth $100 and copper wiring worth $2,500 were reported taken from a building in the 2900 block of Carney Road on Saturday. A representative of the building owner said the building had last been checked one week earlier and all was fine. Niagara County Sheriff's deputies checked the building and found an open window, with its screen on the ground in front of it, as well as a pair of bolt cutters on the floor inside the building, away from where the tool normally would be stored. Deputies also documented a message, written on a wall in blue painters tape, that read, "you are going to die."

• LARCENY: A Pennsylvania man reported Monday that an unknown person took his iPhone 4 from an unlocked locker in the men's dressing room at Niagara County Community College. The phone is valued at $425 and the investigation is ongoing.
