BLOTTER: Police reports published Sept. 21

Niagara Falls

• BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 2200 block of Michigan Avenue. A 54-year-old man told police that sometime between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 4:30 a.m. Thursday, someone broke into his garage cutting a pair of locks off a door. The victim said a pair of bolt cutters were taken.

•  ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a fight with another man over turning off electrical power in an apartment in the 2700 block of Cleveland Avenue at 6:45 p.m. Thursday. Michael O.  Hamilton, 28, 2749 Cleveland Ave. lower, was charged with two counts of second-degree assault.

•  ARREST: A Medina man was arrested on drunken driving and other charges after a property damage accident in the 1400 block of Main Street at 1:48 a.m. Friday. Zachery Michael Allen, 21, 11352 Ridge Road, was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
