• ARRESTS: Police made three arrests after a traffic stop in the 400 block of Ferry Avenue at 2:40 p.m. Monday. Officers stopped a car for erratic driving and arrested the driver after discovering he did not have a license. Asad Ron Hixon, 21, 3243 Dudley Ave., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unsafe lane change and failure to signal. Two passengers in the car told officers they didn’t have identification and as police continued to question them, one of the passengers attempted to close the windows and lock the doors of the vehicle and drive it away. An officer was able to get into the car and began wrestling with the suspect, who was identified as Michael M.D. Pryor. Pryor continued to fight with officers, eventually falling out of the car. Pryor, 16, 413 Sixth St., was finally subdued and charged with second-degree assault, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, second-degree criminal impersonation, resisting arrest and fourth-degree criminal mischief. The other passenger in the car, Dartanyon Tyrel Robinson Jr., 17, 1511 Pine Ave., Apt. 3, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

• ASSAULT: Officers are looking for two suspects in connection with an assault in the area of 18th Street and Niagara Avenue. A 19-year-old woman told police she was walking in the area at 7 p.m. Sunday when she was approached by two other women who challenged her to fight. The victim said one of the attackers tried to spray her with pepper spray, but when the can malfunctioned, the suspect hit her in the face with it, knocking her unconscious. When she woke up, the victim said her wallet and cell phone were missing.

• THEFT: Police are investigating a theft in the 2200 block of Niagara Avenue. A taxi driver told officers he was dropping off a fare at 11:40 a.m. Sunday and got out of his vehicle to take some items out of it and hand them to the passenger. A few minutes later, the cabbie said he noticed that some cash had been taken from his wallet, which he left in the driver’s side door handle.
