BLOTTER: Police reports published May 4

Niagara Falls

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a fight outside an apartment in Packard Court. Shawn Maurice Pryor, 21, 18 C Packard Court, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. 

 
• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 500 block of 24th Street. A 47-year-old woman told officers that sometime between 3:30 and 6:48 p.m. Thursday, someone broke into her home by smashing a window. The victim said a 54-inch TV, a 73-inch TV, a Wii game system and an engagement ring set were taken.

 
• ARREST: A Sanborn woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 6:40 p.m. Thursday. Briana Lynn Petroziello, 21, 2222 Mount Hope Road, was charged with petit larceny. She is accused of taking more than $77 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested on drug and other charges after a traffic stop by narcotics detectives Thursday morning. Tony Londell Moore, 31, 2913 Hope Blvd., was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone.

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested for recklessly driving an ATV in the 1100 block of Willow Avenue at 11:06 a.m. Thursday. Clifton James McNeil, 40, no permanent address, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, reckless driving, wrong way on a one-way street, speeding, unlicensed driver, unregistered motor vehicle, ATV no helmet, failure to obey traffic control device and three counts of failure to stop at a stop sign.
