• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after she created a disturbance in an office in the 200 block of Fourth Street at 11:40 a.m. Monday. Jasmine Chanel Purdy, 23, 1807 Main St., Apt. 3-A, was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
• ARREST: Police arrested one of two Rochester woman accused of shoplifting at a liquor store in the 8400 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard, Dionna Nicole Smith, 22, 38 Malborough Road, was charged with petit larceny. A store security officer told police she stopped Smith and another woman, as they left the store at 8 p.m. Monday after watching the pair take multiple bottles of tequila without paying for them. The second suspect fled from the store in a gray sedan that was traveling north on Military Road.

• WARRANT: Patrick J. Gallivan, 21,of Wagmore Road, Niagara Falls, surrendered Tuesday on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.
• WARRANT: Maryke B. Payne, 37, of Sheree Drive, Grand Island, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She was held for court.
