BLOTTER: Police reports published May 11

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 1800 block of Ontario Avenue. A teenage boy told officers he came home from school at 3 p.m. Thursday and found two male suspects inside the house. The suspects came from the second floor of the home, and one was holding a semi-automatic handgun. The gun wielding suspect ordered the teen to lie on the floor and both men then ran from the home. The suspects broke into the home by kicking in the back door. The victim said a safe and an Xbox gaming system were taken.

 
• MENACING: Officers are looking into an incident in the 800 block alley off of Main Street at 5:20 p.m. Thursday. A 10-year-old boy told police that he and his friends were walking in the alley when they saw two male suspects who threatened them. They all left the alley then. The victim returned to the alley a short time later and again saw the two suspects, one of whom then displayed a handgun and threatened to shoot the boy.

 
• SHOOTING: Police are investigating a shooting in the 1800 block of South Avenue. A 21-year-old man told officers he was walking up to his car at 3:10 a.m. Friday when a male suspect approached him and shot him in the left arm. The victim claimed he did not know the suspect and was uncooperative with police.
