BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 15


BURGLARY: Officers are investigating a reported burglary which happened sometime between July 1 and 11 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of 23rd Street. The victim, a 21-year-old woman, told police someone had entered her home over the last three months and taken a television. She said she didn't know it happened because her lights had been turned off three months ago so she left all her possessions in the house while she lived with her mother. She said the lights were turned back on so she returned home but noticed the back door open.

BURGLARY: Police are investigating a reported burglary which happened between 11 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Niagara Avenue. The victim, a 27-year-old woman, told police someone stole a laptop and a television from inside her home. The property is valued at $849.
