BLOTTER: Police reports published Feb. 9

Niagara Falls

ROBBERY: Police are investigating a robbery in the 1600 block of Pine Avenue. A 44-year-old man told officers he was going into his apartment at 12:30 a.m. Thursday when three suspects, two men and a woman, attacked him and begin punching him. The suspects forced the victim into his apartment and then began hitting him with pots and pans. Two of the suspects then left the apartment, but the remaining suspect pulled out a knife and pressed it into the victim's stomach. The suspect then demanded the victim's wallet. The victim said he gave the suspect his wallet, cell phone, house keys and a beer.

ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 2:50 p.m. Thursday. Jasmine N. McQuary, 20, 1554 Ashland Ave., was charged with third-degree robbery and petit larceny. Store security officers told police that McQuary took three DVDs without paying for them and then fought with the security officers when they tried to stop her.

ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a shoplifting incident in the 1000 block of Portage Road at 5:40 p.m. Thursday. Arvin Christian, 53, 2241 Lockport St., was charged with petit larceny. Christian is accused of taking more than $14 worth of chicken wings without paying for them.

North Tonawanda 

DWI: Kaila R. Custo, 21, 163 80th St., Niagara Falls, was charged at 2:11 a.m. Friday with DWI. Custo had a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent. She was released on $250 bail.
