— Niagara Falls

• MENACING: Officers are looking into a complaint from a man who said another man threatened him with a gun as he was shopping in the 700 block of Builders Way at 4 p.m. Sunday. The 22-year-old man said the suspect harassed him inside the store. When the victim walked to his car, the suspect pointed a silver revolver at him and threatened to kill him. The victim said he then got into his car and drove away. The suspect is described as a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, medium build, with glasses, white hair and wearing a camouflage jacket. He was driving an older model, blue, Ford pick-up truck.

 
• SHOOTING: Police are investigating a report of a shooting in the 1300 block of Willow Avenue at 6:24 p.m. Sunday. A witness told officers they heard what sounded like a gunshot coming from a nearby alley. Other witnesses said they saw a man push a women to the ground around that time and then heard a gunshot. Police said they found no victims, suspects or evidence of a shooting.
   
North Tonawanda
• HARASSMENT: Diane P. Edmond, 49, 7265 Townline Road, Pendleton, was charged Saturday with second-degree aggravated harassment. She was held for court. 
  
Town of Lockport
• HAZMAT SPILL: The Niagara County Sheriff's Office responded to Bear Ridge Road for a report of a propane tank leaking at 10 a.m. Sunday. According to the homeowner, he discovered his 100-pound propane tank was leaking inside of his garage. He filled the tank on Saturday and believes the workers may have caused the leak. Wendelville Fire Company responded and assisted with removal of the tank.
