• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after he refused to leave a convenience store in the 700 block of Main Street on Friday afternoon. A store clerk told officers that Timothy Allen Graser entered the store at 12:30 p.m. and put two 30 packs of beer on a counter along with $2.30. When the clerk told him the beer totaled $50.50, Graser demanded that the clerk give him the beer for free. The clerk told Graser to leave the store and, when he refused, called police. Graser refused to leave when officers told him to go and he was taken into custody. Graser, 30, of 640 Seventh St. lower, was charged with trespass.

• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 8400 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard at 3:25 p.m. Friday. Richard C. Bailey Jr., 40, 9393 Niagara Falls Blvd., Apt. 105, was charged with petit larceny. He’s accused of taking a bottle of vodka, worth $7.49, without paying for it.

• ASSAULT: Police have identified and are looking for three suspects in connection with an assault at a bar in the 1000 block of Niagara Street. The trio, two men and a woman, were involved in a fight, at about 1:45 p.m. Friday, with the bar owner and several patrons. One patron was punched in the face during the melee. 

• BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 1000 block of 19th Street. A 51-year-old man told police that sometime between 5 p.m. Thursday and 1 p.m. Friday, someone broke into his home through an open window. The victim said a television and a DVD player were taken.
