The resident followed Rogers as he walked away and called 911.

• SHOPLIFTING: Michael A. Bajzik, 40, 2622 Youngstown-Lockport Road, was charged Thursday with petit larceny. A deputy from the Niagara County Sheriff's Office said they saw a suspicious man outside of a convenience store on Youngstown-Lockport Road.
