Joshua David Cessna-Carter, 17, 1122 North Ave., was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, second-degree criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree promoting prison contraband. Officers responded to a report of a man selling drugs from a car. When they arrived, officers found Cessna-Carter in a vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle being used to sell drugs. As the officers approached the car, they saw a baggie containing marijuana, lying on a door handle. A further search of the car, turned up a large sandwich bag containing marijuana and a digital scale. At the city jail, officers found additional marijuana in Cessna-Carter’s buttocks. Police said a total of 25.4 grams of pot was seized from Cessna-Carter.
