BLOTTER: Police reports published June 29



• INCIDENT: Sheriff's deputies were called to a Stacey Drive address on Wednesday after a gas line there was ruptured. When deputies arrived, Ransomville Fire Co. personnel were on the scene and had contacted National Fuel. The homeowner said he was removing a tree stump with a tractor when he hit and ruptured the gas line. Two houses north of the ruptured line were evacuated as a precaution. National Fuel responded to the scene and repaired the damage.


• TRESPASSING: Deputies were called to a local marina where staff reported a man that had earlier demanded to have his boat taken out of storage but refused because he owes storage fees was later seen driving from the marina with the boat in tow. Deputies said a warrant was issued for the man.
