• THEFT: Officers are looking into a theft from a delivery truck in the 1200 block of Pine Avenue. The truck driver told police he made a delivery to a store at 11:20 a.m. Thursday and locked the rear doors of his truck with a pad lock. When he came out of the store, the driver said he saw three males suspects at the rear of the truck and noticed the pad lock had been cut off the rear doors. All three suspects ran from the scene down the alley between Pine and Haeberle avenues. The victim said nine boxes of cigarettes, worth at least $1,800, were taken.

• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 7:20 p.m. Thursday. Kristi T. Ciccarelli, 35, 552 16th St. Apt. A-1, was charged with petit larceny. She is accused of taking more than $35 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

• DWI: Martin P. Skuce Jr., 36, of Miller Road, Niagara Falls, was charged Thursday with aggravated DWI, improper turn, speeding, and passing a red signal. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent and he is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
