BLOTTER: Police reports published Feb. 16

Porter

• UNLICENSED OPERATION: Shawn Carr, 36, 4633 Porter Center Rd., was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle on Friday. Carr was stopped for speeding on Youngstown-Lockport Road about 8 p.m. A license check showed Carr’s license to be revoked for violating a restricted license program and failure to answer a summons in the Town of Wheatfield.

Town of Lockport

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Anthony McDougald, 20, 1317 LaSalle Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged with disorderly conduct about 6:30 a.m. Friday. McDougald tried to walk into an apartment building that was being searched by members of the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team. Police on the scene said McDougald failed to acknowledge police and ignored their requests to stop as he walked up to the building. He was grabbed by police and forcibly pulled from the building and charged.

North Tonawanda 

• LARCENY: Christopher T. Dupont, 26, 455 66th St., Niagara Falls, was charged at 7:23 p.m. Thursday with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and petit larceny. He was held for court.
