North Tonawanda 

• OBSTRUCTION: Daniel F. Cipollone, 23, of Fairmont Avenue, was charged at 9:16 p.m. Saturday on Ruie Road with obstruction of government administration and resisting arrest. He was released on his own recognizance. 

• DWI: Stephen D. Abadurko, of Krueger Road, was charged at 10:32 p.m. Sunday on Wheatfield Street with DWI and driving while under the influence of drugs. He was pulled over for inadequate headlights and refused a breath test. He was held for court. 

• DWI: Erica T. Fleming, 18, of Jule Court, was charged at 1:35 a.m. Sunday on Payne Avenue with DWI and speeding. Her blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent and she was held for court.
