BLOTTER: Police reports published June 11

• THEFT: A Bergholz man told deputies someone took a 1994 black Suzuki ATV from his yard sometime between June 2 and Sunday. The ATV doesn't run, the man said he'd been working on it occasionally before it was taken. It's described as black with rust on it and camouflage tape around all the plastic parts. The estimated loss is $3,000.

• DWI: Kasey M. Oakes, 31, 11540 Platten Road, Lyndonville, was charged with DWI, failure to keep right and a cell phone violation about 2:45 a.m. Sunday, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office. A deputy said he saw Oakes driving on Shawnee Road, near Lockport Road, with the car's dome light on, illuminating her as she was talking on her cell phone. The deputy noted that she was also driving erratically. Once stopped, Oakes said she was heading home from a meat raffle. The deputy noted she looked disheveled and appeared intoxicated. After failing field sobriety tests, she was charged and taken into custody.
