FRAUD ARRESTS: Social Services reports published Dec. 18

The following people were arrested by Niagara County Department of Social Services fraud investigators between July 1 and September 30.

ARREST: Cheryl Harvey, 447 77th St., was arrested on July 11 on charges of third-degree grand larceny, third-degree welfare fraud and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Between Sept. 1, 2010 and Oct. 31, 2011, she is accused of receiving public assistance, Medicaid, and food stamp benefits totaling $10,744 which she was not entitled to.

ARREST: Kristy Saverino, 30 A Packard Court, was arrested on Sept. 19 on charges of third-degree grand larceny, third-degree welfare fraud and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Between June 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012 she is accused of receiving public assistance in the amount of $5,549 which she was not entitled to.

• ARREST: Jennifer Koepp, 177 Zimmerman St., North Tonawanda, was arrested on Sept. 26 on charges of third-degree grand larceny, third-degree welfare fraud and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Between Oct. 1, 2010 and Sept. 30, 2011 she is accused of receiving $3,369 in benefits she was not entitled to.

ARREST: Bonnie Connor, 664 Payne Ave., North Tonawanda, was arrested on Sept. 27 on charges of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and second-degree forgery.
