• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested following a reported hit-and-run accident which occurred at approximately 9:36 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of 71st Street. Lynette Billings, 38, 421 66th St., was charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and several traffic violations after the incident. The driver of the victimized vehicle told police he witnessed Billings driving erratically and strike a vehicle on Niagara Falls Boulevard. He said he followed the driver along several side roads before they ended up on a dead-end street. He said she backed up into his vehicle, then fled on foot after the collision. She was located walking toward 66th Street and transported back to the scene, where the driver positively identified her, according to police. She reportedly denied striking any vehicle and refused to submit to any field sobriety test or breath test for blood-alcohol content.

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested following a reported fight which occurred at 2:55 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block alley of Ferry Avenue. Mark Bull, 29, 5229 Tuscarora Road, was charged with disorderly conduct after he refused to disperse after multiple attempts to break up the fight. Police said he challenged an unknown man to fight and was subsequently placed in handcuffs as a result.
