BLOTTER: Police reports published Dec. 16


Cops called to pavilion

Falls police responded to a call of a large fight at the Hyde Park Ice Pavilion just after 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

Officers said they had a report of a “large fight” involving a group of teens. Police said the teens were dispersed from the area.

There were no arrests.


Niagara Falls

• THEFT: Police are investigating a reported theft from a vehicle between 10 p.m. Thursday and 4:40 a.m. Friday in the 2400 block of Niagara Avenue. The victim, a 53-year-old man, said his work truck’s passenger window was smashed by unknown means and a box of tools and four electrical testing meters were missing. He estimated his lost property and damages totaled $3,700, though police asked him to provide a detailed list of items present in the tool box when it was taken.
