BLOTTER: Police reports published Nov. 22

BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 500 block of 17th Street. A 40-year-old man told police that sometime between midnight and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, someone broke into his garage by taking two locks off the doors. The victim said an ATV was taken.

THEFT: Police are investigating a theft from the 2400 block of Ontario Avenue. A 61-year-old man told officers that sometime on Sunday a suspect took his Glock .45 caliber handgun and 60 rounds of ammunition from a lockbox.

ROBBERY: Officers are looking into an attempted robbery in the 700 block of Seventh Street. A 57-year-old woman told police she was walking in the area at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday, when a male suspect approached her, from behind, and said, “Drop it.” The victim said when she turned around, she saw the suspect pointing a silver handgun at her. The woman said she then began running and was able to get away from the suspect.
