BLOTTER: Police reports published Jan. 11

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Jason C. Szefler, 41, of Schenck Street, was charged with criminal contempt and harassment at 3:22 p.m. Friday. He was held for court. 

VIOLATION: Garrett M. Saia, 20, of North Tonawanda, was charged at 3:53 p.m. Friday at Payne and Market with reckless endangerment and unsafe start. He was held in lieu of $500 bond.
