BLOTTER: Police reports published Jan. 9

DWI: Brian D. Shea, 44, 7223 Woodmore Court, Lockport, was charged about 4:45 p.m. Sunday with felony DWI, refusal to take a breath test and a pair of traffic infractions. A driver on Lockport Road stopped a passing deputy to report that Shea was driving erratically on Shawnee and Lockport roads. The deputy  began following Shea, who drifted over the center line and then onto the shoulder of the road. Shea was stopped at Lockport and Mapleton roads where he failed field sobriety tests. He refused a breath test. A check of his driver's license showed Shea was convicted of DWI on April 1, 2008.

• THEFT: Tracy R. Maracle, 43, 269 Robert Drive, Apt. 2, was charged with petit larceny about 5 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
