BLOTTER: Police reports published April 15


• ARREST: A Rochester woman was arrested following a shoplifting incident at 7:30 p.m. Friday at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road. Nakya Brewer, 19, 189 Elmdorf Ave., Rochester, was charged with petit larceny after a store employee reported she concealed various items, including makeup and hairbands, in her purse and left the store without paying. After being stopped, she reportedly told police “I don’t know why I did this, it’s so stupid.” The products were valued at $28.22.
North Tonawanda
• DWI: Jacob R. Brock, 19, 511 Ward Road, was arrested at 6:33 a.m. Saturday for DWI, unlawful possession and disobeying a traffic control device. Officers pulled over Brock at Ward Road and Payne Avenue. His blood alcohol content was measured at 0.17 percent. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
