NIAGARA FALLS — Wilson

• AUTO STRIPPING: A Ransomville man reported that someone removed a car stereo CD player and a Husqvarna 20-inch chain saw was also stolen from his vehicle which was parked on Braley Road on Saturday. Extra chains and oil were also taken. The victim said the vehicle was locked, but no signs of forced entry was found by police.

Town of Lockport

• CONTRABAND: An inmate at the Niagara County Jail faces prison contraband and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a strip search Thursday. A small piece of what police believe to be crack cocaine wrapped in a bloody plastic wrapper and an unknown white pill were found on her person by a corrections officer. The suspected crack cocaine and pill were submitted for testing to NCSO Forensic Laboratory.

City of Lockport

• CHARGED: Devin M. Rose, 21, 347 Prospect St., was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration Saturday. Police responded to Prospect Street for the report of a disturbance and confirmed there was a warrant for Rose’s arrest. He was located in a closet.

n HARASSMENT: David W. Burrows, 37, 791 East High St., Apt. 2 was charged with second-degree harassment Saturday. Police responded to the report of a woman crying in a High Street parking lot. According to the report, Burrows pulled her out of bed and punched her in the face. She was taken to Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport for treatment.

The following people were arrested by Niagara Falls police on outstanding criminal warrants or criminal complaints during the week ending Oct. 7:

• Nicholas Joseph Rubino, 22, 4600 Hyde Park Blvd., Apt. 83, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Heather Jane Straccamore, 27, 1465 Kingston Ave., North Tonawanda, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Cody David Angel, 18, 300 Butler Road, Hammond, NY, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Johnny James Newton Jr., 43, 5253 Tuscarora Road, was arrested on charges of second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment.

• Tiffany Jean Mosack, 23, 3116 Dell Drive, was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

• Robert Lee Hilson, 20, 1953 Falls St., was arrested on a charge of second-degree assault.

• Candace Marie Gruka, 23, 8305 Buffalo Ave., Apt. F-6, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Krisean M. Minor, 19, 2013 16th St., was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Antwine Maurice West, 39, 1157 Ontario Ave., was arrested on two counts of failure to appear.

• Ram Lubhaya, 54, 542 30th St., was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Jermaine Thomas Pryor Jr., 19, 1117 Ontario Ave., was arrested on charges of second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.

• Naim Mohammad Young, 32, 3243 Dudley Ave., was arrested on charges of third-degree menacing, third-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.

• Dennis Paul Gulley, 38, 4600 Hyde Park Blvd., Apt. 91, was arrested on charges of third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment.

• Angela Eura Hall, 44, 1830 Linwood Ave., Apt. 22, was arrested on a charge of second-degree assault.

• Michael Daniel Macks, 24, 478 South St., Lockport, was arrested on two counts of failure to appear and two counts of criminal trespass.

• Amber Therese Syposs, 21, 1932 Youngston-Lockport Road, Ransomville, was arrested on charges of failure to appear and third-degree nail jumping.

• Katie Margaret Haugabook, 61, 3604 Dudley Ave., was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Nigel Cordarryl Isom, 24, 1838 Willow Ave., upper, was arrested on charges of third-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

• Anthony Philip Haner, 24, 7399 E. Britton Drive, was arrested on a charge of second-degree aggravated harassment.

• Raven C. Collins, 19, 9-A Packard Court, was arrested on charges of second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal trespass.

• David Stephen Buchalski, 26, 1212 Ferry Ave., lower, was charged on a warrant of arrest and with first-degree burglary, second-degree robbery and second-degree assault.

• Laurence Wesley Calkins III, 21, 567 D St., Apt. 2, was charged on a warrant of arrest and with second-degree criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of petit larceny.

• Deonte Jerrard Brinson, 20, 2217 McKenna Ave., was charged on a warrant of arrest and with second-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.

• Tavon Marquise Pryor, 17, 1311 Center Ave., was arrested on charges of second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.

•  William Joel Hamilton, 56, 1614 Weston Ave., was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

• Johnnie James Phipps, 32, 2654 North Ave., was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Christopher Devale Carter, 21, 10 C St., was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Tina Marie Stephens, 44, 1339 Ashland Ave. rear, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

• Steve Joseph Henry, 31, 202 Onieda St., Buffalo, was arrested on two counts third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny.
