• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 1000 block of Niagara Avenue. A 32-year-old man told officers that sometime between 4 and 4:15 a.m. Friday someone broke into his apartment by crawling through a window. The victim said some prescription medication and $60 was taken.
Pendleton
• BURGLARY: An employee at Good Shepherd Church on Tonawanda Creek Road reported Thursday that someone entered the building and stole wine, candy and baskets from a classroom at the church school, adjacent to the main church. The items are worth $95, the report said.
City of Lockport
• VANDALISM: An Irving Street man reported Thursday morning that sometime overnight, someone threw a burrito on his van, which was parked in his driveway. The van sustained no damage, the report said.
• HARASSMENT: Paul M. Ressler, 41, 8035 Roll Road, East Amherst, was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt. Ressler allegedly called a woman in violation of an order of protection. He allegedly threatened her, saying, “I have a gun. I know where you live.” Ressler was held without bail and is due Monday in Lockport City Court.
• DRUGS: Justin E. Bullard, 28, 210 Locust St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana, jaywalking and a bicycle equipment violation after he allegedly failed to use the sidewalk and had no light on his bike while on Locust Street. During a search, officers reportedly found a baggie full of suspected marijuana. Bullard was released on his own recognizance and is due Aug. 5 in Lockport City Court.

• LARCENY: A purse belonging to a West Somerset Road woman was found near Krull Park in Olcott on Tuesday. The woman told deputies she believed the purse had been stolen when she left it in her car while she ran into Kenyon’s on Lockport-Olcott Road. When the purse was found, the woman’s credit cards and $362 in cash were missing, the report said.
• ID THEFT: A William Street woman reported Wednesday that someone used her personal information to open a Mytel phone account. The woman received a call from a collections agency saying she owed $97.82 for the account, the report said.
