Police said they found Johnson slumped over in his car about 3:15 a.m. Friday while it was idling in the 2100 block of 22nd Street. In addition, cops found a cup of gin and Squirt, officers said he was also clutching two sets of baggies containing crack cocaine.

• VEHICLE FIRE: A Lockport Road man reported Wednesday that he parked his 1960’s-era John Deere tractor in his barn about 3 p.m. About 9:30 p.m., a passerby told the man there was smoke coming from inside the barn. He went to the barn and discovered the tractor was on fire. Sanborn Fire personnel responded and put out the blaze. • LARCENY: Benjamin D. Stump, 18, 193 Washburn St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday morning with petit larceny and second-degree harassment. Stump allegedly stole a bottle of Adderall from the medicine cabinet at a home on South Street on May 12. On June 24, he allegedly approached a juvenile boy, called him a “snitch” and spit on his shoulder. Stump was held without bail.

• BURGLARY: Anthony L. Mitchell, 34, 311 Market St., was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary, petit larceny, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. A Park Place woman told police she was in the bath May 30 when she heard someone going through her desk. She called out to see who it was, and heard a man say, “It’s me.” The woman said she recognized the voice as Mitchell, her ex-boyfriend. Mitchell allegedly told the woman he wanted his cell phone. The woman said she came downstairs and saw her belongings scattered about in the kitchen. She said $21 was missing from her purse. Mitchell was arrested Thursday and held without bail. During his arrest, officers reportedly found suspected marijuana and cocaine on him. He is due Tuesday in Lockport City Court.

Wagner and Fabbiano were released to their parents and are due July 22 in Lockport Town Court.

• SHOPLIFTING: Thomas J. Dickerson, 17, 6438 Tonawanda Creek Road, and Aaron M. Page, 18, 6188 Old Beattie Road, were each charged Thursday with petit larceny. The teens allegedly stole two submarine sandwiches, worth $15.09, from the store.
