• INCIDENT: Police are looking for a suspect in connection with an incident in the 1700 block of LaSalle Avenue. A 23-year-old woman told officers that a man was arguing with her at her home at noon Sunday when the he smashed a glass coffee table and then threw a brick through the windshield of her truck.
• THEFT: Officers are looking into a car break-in in the 300 block of Third Street. A 39-year-old man told police that sometime between 4:30 and 5 a.m. Sunday someone broke into his rented 2009 Mercury Sable by smashing a passenger-side window. The victim said a GPS system and a radar detector were taken.
• THEFT: Police are investigating an SUV break-in in the 200 block of Rainbow Boulevard. A 23-year-old man told police that sometime between 5 and 8 a.m. Sunday someone broke into his rented 2005 Chevy Equinox by smashing a passenger-side window. The victim said a GPS system and 100 CDs were taken.
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested on a drug charge. Bryant D. Searles, 23, 1833 Cleveland Ave., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police said Searles had four plastic cups containing marijuana in his possession when he was stopped at 3:25 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block alley of 20th Street.
• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested for assaulting a man with a knife. Stephanie M. Warren, 41, 191 82nd St., Apt. 2, was charged with second-degree assault. Warren is accused of attacking a man in a motel room in the 5600 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard at 6 p.m. Saturday. She is accused of slashing the man in the chest and face with a knife.
City of Lockport
• DWI: Marissa Gallegos, 21, 3092 Shenk Road, Sanborn, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and improper lane use. Officers said they were driving south on Locust Street when they saw Gallegos driving from side to side and cross over the middle line. Police saw her hit a curb on the west side of Locust Street. The report said Gallegos, the driver, had glassy bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and failed every field sobriety test.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Joseph Yorio, 17, 4845 Hermitage Road, Niagara Falls, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct. Police said a witness told police two intoxicated men were walking the streets performing unspecified lewd acts. Police found two men sitting on the curb of the St. Leo’s church parking lot eating and drinking food from Tim Hortons packages. While interviewing the pair, the report said police noticed the men had impaired motor coordination, glassy and red eyes. The report said one of the men, Yorio, had been drinking at a nearby trailer. Yorio sat with his arms crossed and rolled his eyes when asked questions regarding the drinking, the report said. Contact was made with Yorio’s parents who then responded to the scene. Yorio is due at 6 p.m. July 13 in Town of Niagara Court.
