• ARREST: Damien P. Powell, 35, 2024 Forest Ave., was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree menacing at 1:34 a.m. Sunday. Louis Bax, owner of the Ultra Lounge, told police that Powell was inside the bar intoxicated and causing trouble. As the bouncer attempted to remove Powell, he reportedly pulled out a handgun and pointed it at Bax’s face before backing out of the bar. Powell then fired one shot at the bar’s window before leaving the area, according to witnesses. He was found inside a vehicle at Bank of America’s parking lot. The handgun was found on the ground nearby.
• ARMED ROBBERY: Police are investigating a reported armed robbery Sunday morning at Denny’s Restaurant, 8020 Niagara Falls Blvd. A manager said she was in her office when a man wearing a mask and a hoodie came in and put a gun to her neck, demanding money. The suspect called another employee into the office and ordered him to put money in a bag. He then ran out of the store and got into a car parked at the nearby Delta Sonic Car Wash. The employees estimated the robber made off with $5,984, which was being prepared to be deposited into the bank.
• BOMB THREAT: An employee at Tim Horton’s at 3024 Pine Ave., reported that an unknown female called in a bomb threat around 4 a.m. Sunday. The call was made from a pay phone and the caller said a bomb was in a Dumpster behind the store. Officers checked both the interior and exterior and determined the store was clear.
• ARREST: Edwin A. Parrilla, 437 Ninth St., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9:50 p.m. Saturday. His vehicle was pulled over after he almost hit an unmarked police car and then was following too close to it. Officers found him in possession of eight Hydrocodone pills.
• ASSAULT: A Niagara Falls man told police he was at the Express Mart, 601 19th St., shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday when close to 20 men jumped him following an argument and one of them cut him several times with what he thought was a box cutter. The report was taken at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital, where the victim was being treated for a deep cut to his wrists and a cut that extended from the back of his left ear to his lower cheek.

• DWI: Steven J. Saraf, 54, 18 Windermere Road was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to signal. The patrol stopped Saraf for an alleged traffic violation at 3:03 a.m. Sunday. Saraf said he had been drinking, according to the report, and failed several field sobriety tests.
• CHARGED: Mary R. Ritz, 51, 7104 Chestnut Ridge Road was charged with driving while intoxicated and unreasonable speed. The police reported to East Avenue at 12:30 a.m. Sunday in reference to a single car accident. The vehicle went off the roadway and crashed into one of the monuments at Veterans Park. The driver and passenger said they were not injured and declined treatment. Police could smell the odor of alcoholic beverage coming from Ritz and her eyes were watery. She appeared unsteady on her feet and failed field sobriety tests.
• HARASSMENT: Edwin R. Cintron, 50, 255 Washington St. Apt. 3 was charged with second degree harassment. Cintron was arrested on Saturday regarding an incident on May 20 on Prospect Street. The victim reported that Cintron approached him in vehicle while he was walking, threatened him and threw a red colored drink in his face. The victim wishes to pursue charges.
