Niagara Falls
• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 5600 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard. Officers responded to a burglar alarm at 11:57 a.m. Sunday at Performance Auto and found a open side door with a smashed window. The business owner told police that more than $5,700 worth of tires and rims had been taken.
• THEFT: Officers are looking into a car break-in in the 1300 block of Linwood Avenue. A 26-year-old man told police that sometime between 8 p.m. Saturday and 11:10 a.m. Sunday, someone broke into his 2003 Ford Escape by smashing the front passenger side window. The victim said a Pioneer navigation system, an iPod, a digital camera, a pair of sneakers, earphones and a gym bag were taken.
Pendleton
• CHARGED: Jonathan Eric Bennett Jr., 22, 6770 South Transit Road, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. While on routine patrol, officers observed four people running across South Transit Road Sunday morning. They said they were coming from a house party at Bennett’s residence. Alcoholic beverages were served to persons who were under the age of 21. Bennett is scheduled to appearMay 14 in the Town of Pendleton Court.
Lewiston
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Callan Drive resident reported Saturday that an unknown person threw beer bottles at his residence, breaking the glass on the front storm door sometime between 9:30 and 10 p.m. Saturday. The damage was $200.
Wheatfield
• PETIT LARCENY: A Williams Road woman reported that she is missing $1,000 and that it may have been stolen from her residence Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. There was no forced entry.
