Markel, 17, 7916 Buffalo Ave., Apt. 2 was charged at 1:05 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct. Police had received a report where the caller said a teenager had come to his home for help following an assault and robbery. Police arrived and Markel stated a blue minivan had stopped and a large man had demanded Markel’s money and cell phone, according to the police report.
