Denise J. Diermyer, age 37, of North Tonawanda, died Monday, November 10, 2008 in Mount St. Mary’s Hospital, after a lengthy illness. Denise was a member of St. Jude the Apostle RC Church. She was an avid Sabres and Bills’ fan.

Beloved daughter of Ronald (Cecelia) Diermyer of North Tonawanda; dear sister of Debra Diermyer and Diane (Jeff) Daigler, both of North Tonawanda; aunt of Jeffrey and Ryan Daigler; granddaughter of Howard Diermyer of North Tonawanda. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St., at Ward Rd., North Tonawanda, Wednesday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10 AM from St. Jude the Apostle RC Church. Interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heritage Christian Services, 3790 Commerce Court, Suite 400, North Tonawanda, NY 14120. Guest register available at
