Lamont Salone Streeter


Lamont Salone Streeter, 33 of Niagara Falls, entered into rest on Monday, February 5, 2013 in Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo, NY, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on July 10, 1979 to Rita "Linda" Streeter and the late Roosevelt Coleman.
He attended local schools and had been employed at Teletec and Wendy's. Lamont loved the Lord and was a joy to be around. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his children. He enjoyed playing basketball and hanging out with his friends, especially "The Twins", Edward and Raymond Flores.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Rita Streeter; two daughters, Unique and Serenity Streeter of Niagara Falls; his fiance', Stacey Cusick of Niagara Falls; three step-children, Zemahne, Nyejhere and Jazavior of Niagara Falls; four sisters, Lajay Streeter Ware of Florida, Brianna Shauntae Streeter, Linda Coleman and Gracie Coleman, all of Niagara Falls; three brothers, Dennis Washington, Rickie Washington and William Crittenden, all of Niagara Falls; two great-aunts, Freddie Mae Bones of Niagara Falls and Gwendolyn Turner of Chicago, IL. Also survived by several aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by two sisters, Bridgette Streeter and Lanerra Streeter.
A Celebration of Life for Lamont will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013 with visitation at 11 AM and funeral services to follow at 12 Noon at Higher Ground Christian Center, 1601 Cleveland Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY, where Rev. William Flynn will conduct services. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Niagara Falls. Arrangement by Williamson Funeral Home, 635 Main Street, Niagara Falls, NY.
