Clayton T. "Buddy" Pardee, Jr.

YOUNGSTOWN — Clayton T. "Buddy" Pardee, Jr., age 60, formerly of Youngstown, died Friday, September 6, 2013 in the Eastern Niagara Hospital in Newfane, after a lengthy illness. Buddy was born January 28, 1953 in Franklin, OH, the son of the late Clayton Sr. and Beverly (Gunzelman) Pardee.

He grew up in Youngstown and was a 1974 graduate of Lew Port High School. Buddy had worked at Norapak of Niagara Falls, at Carborundum Co., and as a Line Worker at Pfeiffer Foods in Wilson. He had also worked as a mechanic with his brother, Michael, and worked construction with his brother, Andy. When he retired he moved to Kennedy, NY, and for the past eight weeks he had lived with his brother, Andy; and sister-in-law, Linda in Burt, NY.

Buddy is survived by his wife, Cheryl (Smith) Pardee of Jamestown, NY; his daughter, Daniette Pardee (Donald Lewis) of the Town of Niagara; three brothers, Andrew (Linda) Pardee of Burt, Anthony (Robin) Pardee of Lewiston, and Michael (Tammy) Pardee of Youngstown; a sister, Michelle (Matthew) Figura of the Town of Cambria; grandchildren, Hunter, Tiffany, Julie, Christopher and Sara; a great-grandchild, Tishaun; two stepchildren, Tina Wheeler and Crystal (Chris) Thompson; his former wives, Lorraine Kupko and Joann Bayne; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Renee (late Keith) Edwards.

Services will be held on Friday, September 13th,  from 10:00-11:00 AM with services beginning at 11:00 AM in HARDISON  FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd., Ransomville, with the Rev. Charles Lamb officiating. There will be no prior visitation. Memorials may be made to Newfane Rehab & Health Care Center, 2709 Transit Rd., Newfane, NY 14108; or The Epilepsy Assoc. of WNY, 339 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, NY.
