Natalia "Tillie" (Salacinski) Adamczyk, 86 years old, of the Town of Niagara, passed away on March 18, 2014 at Northgate Manor while under the care of Hospice. She was born in Niagara Falls on March 23, 1927, the daughter of the late Stanislaus and Aniela (Szczepaniak) Salacinski.
Tillie attended local schools. She enjoyed spending time with family, watching wrestling, playing bingo and listening to polka music. She worked for Niagara Window Cleaning for several years.
Tillie is survived by her daughter, Paulette Adamczyk of the Town of Niagara; her granddaughter, Kristine Garven; great-grandchildren, Delancy and Matthew Garven; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She is also survived by her brother, Boleslaw Salacinski of Lake Worth, FL; and her sister, Helen Szostak of Lewiston. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Adamczyk, who passed away on August 9, 1989; her son, Robert Adamczyk, who passed away on December 26, 1999; her brothers, Joseph Dominski, Stanley Domin, Thomas Dominski, Edward Dominski, Matthew Dominski and Leo Saleski; and her sister, Sophie Kowalczyk.
THERE IS NO PRIOR VISITATION. Private funeral services with the Rev. Robert Stolinski were held at the convenience of the family with private burial in Holy Trinity Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice at Jeanne's House at Northgate, 7264 Nash Rd., North Tonawanda, NY 14120.
