NIAGARA FALLS —
Sam Graham, Jr. was born on June 26, 1944 in West Memphis, AR, to the late Sam and Hattie Graham. He was the second oldest of three children. At the age of 13, he moved to Niagara Falls, NY, where he attended and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. He was employed by Goodyear and the City of Niagara Falls. At the age of 33, Sam joined Bethlehem Revival Temple where he sang for the choir and remained an active member until he became ill. In addition to the love he had for his family, he loved to eat at Howard Johnson for "Fish Fridays."
He leaves to cherish his memory a wife of 23 years, Joann Graham; one brother, Pastor Willie James Graham (Jackie); children, Tamica and Anthony (Shalonda) Graham; step-children, Timothy (Shaq), Kimberly (Lawrence), Alice (Myrue); 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Hattie Wright; father, Sam Graham, Sr.; step-mother, Claudia Graham; sister, Alice Sanders (Sammy); step-daughter, Yvette Donaldson; and step-son, Marian Elmore.
Visitation on Wednesday at 10 AM in Bethlehem Revival Temple, 2010 Virginia Ave. Funeral to follow at 11 AM. Burial in Riverdale Cemetery. Arrangements by Williamson Funeral Home, 635 Main St.
