NIAGARA FALLS —
Glenn W. White, Sr., age 80, of Niagara Falls, passed away, unexpectedly, on May 11, 2014 at his residence. Born on February 16, 1934 in Hope, AR, the son of the late Force White and Flossie Lee Bailey.
Glenn moved to Niagara Falls at the age of 17. He enlisted in The U.S. Marine Corps and was a retiree of General Motors Corporation, Lockport, NY. He was a longtime member of the New Hope Baptist Church. Glenn enjoyed engaging almost anyone in conversation. He was a sports fan and was well-known for doing "imitations" of family members both present and past.
Surviving are two children, Glen White, Jr. and Janine (Brian) Kuhns, both of Niagara Falls, NY; two sisters, Floydell Archie and Francis Pea Lewis; three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends; including a loving mother-in-law, Mozelle Tuck; and a dear and devoted niece, Brenda Archie. He was predeceased by his former wife, Margene White; one sister, Ruby Fullmore; and one brother, BennieRay Knight.
Visitation on Friday from 10 AM - 12 Noon in the New Hope Baptist Church, 1122 Buffalo Ave. Funeral services at Noon in the church. Burial at the convenience of Family. Arrangements by WILLIAMSON FUNERAL HOME, 635 Main Street.
