Marcia Catherine Jordon

NIAGARA FALLS —

Marcia Catherine Jordon was born on November 19, 1949 to the late Fred, Sr. and Evelyn Jordon in Clearview, PA.
She attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. She attended and graduated from Erie County Community College as a Dental Hygienist. While continuing her education at Trocaire College for Nursing, Marcia began working for Dr. Dabney. Marcia was employed by the New York State Department of Health until her retirement. She also enlisted in the United States Army Reserves, retiring under the rank of Sergeant. Marcia was a faithful member of the St. Paul's Episcopal Church, actively working in the Altar Guild and Food Pantry Departments. She loved shopping, reading, community events and most importantly spending time with her family and helping others. Marcia served as Worthy Matron of the Buffalo Chapter of the Order of Eastern Stars, as well as the Daughters of Isis.
Marcia leaves to cherish her memories a sister, Jeanette (Paul) Huston; a brother, Fred, Jr.; one nephew, Craig Huston; two nieces, Freda Howard and KaShara Jordan; one great-nephew, Omara Howard; her special cousins, the Forde, Bivins, Knight and Renford families; and a host of other family and friends.
Private Funeral Services will take place at the convenience of the family. Entombment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements by WILLIAMSON FUNERAL HOME, 635 Main Street.
